D\u00e9part en cuisine pour mettre en application cette suggestion, l’aventure commence.<\/p>\n

D\u2019abord dans une casserole moyenne sur la cuisini\u00e8re avec des portions chirurgicales. Les caramels sont propos\u00e9s sur un stand au festival du chocolat de Versoix et les premiers sachets sont vendus.<\/p>\n

La recette est aboutie, nous d\u00e9butons la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape de rationalisation de la production avec une casserole plus grande et le br\u00fbleur \u00e0 gaz de camping \u00e0 Norbert remplace la cuisini\u00e8re \u00e9lectrique. Les caramels sont coup\u00e9s au petit couteau de cuisine, \u00e0 main lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

La casserole se transforme en bassine et le camping gaz fait place \u00e0 un r\u00e9chaud de cuisinier. Une plaque de marbre enrichit l\u2019\u00e9quipement et un couteau \u00e0 caramel permet de faire de belles d\u00e9coupes.<\/p>\n

Marttiina dessine une vache sympathique et nous voil\u00e0 dot\u00e9s d\u2019un logo.<\/p>\n

La curiosit\u00e9 nous entra\u00eene \u00e0 faire des essais plus ou moins concluants et nous gardons nos r\u00e9ussites pour ouvrir une gamme de caramels avec de nouveaux go\u00fbts.<\/p>\n
